Chicago Metal Works & Fencing provides custom metal fabrication, repair, welding, railings, gates, fences, and related field services. Agustin 2.0 is a website assistant that helps answer questions, collect project details, receive photos, and organize leads for follow-up.
Information shared on the website or by Agustin 2.0 is for general guidance and intake. A quote, schedule, or price range is not final until our team reviews the project and confirms the scope directly.
If Chicago Metal Works & Fencing or an authorized team member connects a marketplace or third-party business account to our systems, that connection should happen through the provider's approved authorization flow, such as OAuth. The account owner is responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect the account and grant the requested access.

We do not use connected-platform access as permission to violate the connected platform's rules, scrape unrelated data, or automate unauthorized actions.
By submitting a quote request, callback request, or direct message, you authorize Chicago Metal Works & Fencing to reply by phone, text, email, or through the same platform where the request was made, consistent with applicable law and the request you submitted.
Customers who request text communication from Chicago Metal Works & Fencing may receive customer care SMS messages about quote requests, estimate follow-up, project questions, scheduling, arrival coordination, and related service updates.
Message frequency varies based on the customer request and the stage of the project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or reply STOP to opt out. Consent to receive customer care text messages is not a condition of purchase.
